Upper invites natural-first Board Certified and Licensed Specialist Providers to become in-network at no cost.

Joining our network is every Specialist’s symbolic oath to unify natural medicine into one cohesive medical team for the public.

In-network providers gain the ability to refer and order care with one another directly. Even greater, they gain the opportunity to foster relationships with Upper’s front-line clinical unit (Nurses, Physicians, etc.), incentivizing and earning front-line referrals and orders for their services/products as clinically appropriate and customer requested. Our provider network communicates and collaborates on all shared-patient cases.

Providers who join between 2021 – 2025 enter into a 10% transaction fee agreement for every item sold through Upper’s platform (SEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

Providers accepted as of June 1, 2026 enter into a 15% transaction fee agreement for every item sold through Upper’s platform.

IMPORTANT: Our shared-sale and marketplace fee model directly impacts the earnings and growth of the clinical unit, your number one referral partners.

Accredited Board Governed Licensed and Certified Providers may apply for in-network status with Upper. Approval is contingent on the list below.

Natural-First Service/Product Alignment

Upper will verify your businesses values and natural-first treatment and therapies alignment through research, past customer/patient reviews, website and social media marketing and messaging, secret shopping, and any other reasonable means necessary to identify proper cultural fit.

Board Governed Licensing or Certification

Accredited and Board Governed Licensing or Certification is required. College and University Degrees without official licensure or certification do NOT qualify. For example, a Nurse Practitioner is “Licensed,” while a Personal Trainer is “Certified”. Both types of legitimate accreditation qualify for partnership under their own scope. Upper will use reasonable means to verify the legitimacy, status, activity, and historical records of the businesses’ employee’s license(s) and/or certification(s), including but not limited to State Government license lookup and search tools, State requests for copies of licenses/certifications, Board or Organization license/certification lookup and search tools, email requests to such organizations for direct verification, etc.

Licenses and Certifications will be compared to application services and products being offered. Scope of license/certification must legally match services/products being offered.

Malpractice Insurance

Proof of Malpractice or Professional Certification of Insurance (“COI”) is required, which must provide minimum coverage of $1M. Property insurance is not required and will not be considered.

Photo Identification

Photo identification, such as a Driver’s License, or other means of ID, is required. Information on the uploaded ID will be compared and verified against the Insured Party’s information, and Licensures and Certifications. Applicant information must match within reasonable means (i.e. a Business Owner who employs Providers may apply, where the licenses, certifications, services must be uploaded. The Insured business or party must insure the named and licensed employees.

IMPORTANT POLICIES [PLEASE READ]:

  • Upper does not accept customer’s health insurance. When adding services and pricing, all rates must be self-pay.
  • Upper accepts HSA/FSA payment for all in-network care
  • Inflated rates will be verified and declined; All applying providers are subject to price verifications and ongoing secret shoppers.
  • UPPER IS NOT A LEAD GENERATION PLATFORM OR A MARKETING SERVICE. Upper is a natural-first medical platform and system for fostering collaborative care relationships, where all client or patient renewals are required through Upper’s centralized billing system.
  • Providers found to leverage Upper as a lead generation or marketing service, solicit clients or patients off-platform, or renew clients or patients directly or off-platform are SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION FROM THE NETWORK WITHOUT NOTICE. Such practice is categorized as poor business-relationship ethics and will not be tolerated.
  • Client/Patient solicitation off-platform negatively impacts the earnings of our staff, your partners, and their livelihood.
