Overview
This is a natural product and pharma-description focused role. Upper is a startup naturopathic x homeopathic hospital system under development. We are seeking long term hires looking to build a loyal career with us.
Upper is the nature-first (“N-1”, “N-“) hospital system of over 100 independent providers/facilities in-network. Select fitness center partners’ facilities are our N-Primary Care locations that our Physician and Nurse team rotationally staff, providing hands-on patient care.
Upper’s mission is to save lives by design, which we achieve by providing our patients natural treatment approaches first with the exception of high risk and emergency situations (full service medical care is available). Treatments range from in-depth diagnostics, to vitamins, supplements, homeopathic, and naturopathic medicines, to collaborative treatment with our natural specialists (i.e. NPs, FNPs, Registered Dietitians, Physical Therapists, Personal Trainers, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, and more).
We are looking for description-motivated Pharmacists who believe in holistic and natural medical approaches to grow a dedicated grassroots career with us. The ideal candidates lead Upper’s mission by personal example in their own health and fitness and must be able to pass a required fitness test within the first three months of employment. They must also demonstrate their education, whether self-taught or formally acquired, in the natural medical sector. Our team possess a strong commitment to growth and patient care, with an exceptionally positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality. The Pharmacist reports directly to the Medical Director, and all Chief level employees.
